♠ First album in Japan as Miz.

♠ The limited edition version includes a DVD containing the music videos for New Day, Waiting for, and two slideshow photo galleries. The pictures in the slideshows are from photoshoots Miz had in Gotland, Sweden for the New Day and Waiting for singles.

♠ If you run was featured as an ending theme for a program on the Yomiuri TV network called どっちの料理ショー (Docchi no Ryouri Show / The Dotch Cooking Show).

♠ The standard and limited edition versions share the same cover art.

♠ Debuted on the daily Oricon chart at #16, where it hovered between the #14-#20 spots for the next few days. Its highest position on the weekly chart was #20.
